Prices include air conditioning, heating and electrical consumption.
Minimum stay is four days. Permission may however be granted on request for shorter stays and in this case
a contribution of € 75.00 will be due to contribute to final cleaning of the apartment.
Payment of 50% of the price must be made upon reservation. The balance is due fifteen days before entering the apartment. For stays that include a number of months, the First month must be paid for upon reservation. The second month will be due at the entering the apartment.
At check-in you will be asked for a small security deposit, which will be returned to you upon check-out.
Upon request, a private transfer from and to the Airport can be arranged at the price (tax excluded) per section of € 50.00 up to three people (Mercedes car), € 85.00 for more than three people (Mercedes Minivan or Mercedes Minibus for more than seven people. Hours: 7 a. m. till 9 p. m. After hours: plus 20%. The price will be regulated directly with the driver (credit cards also welcomed).
The lady “personal buyer” will be available to escort you shopping at rate of € 300. 00 per half day (3, 5 hours).
We clean the apartment and wash and iron household linen – sheets and towels – at the end of your stay. For periods exceeding seven days, these services will be performed at the end of each week. You can request cleaning, washing and ironing services, or whatever else you might need during your stay, at an hourly cost of € 9.50.
