What makes the home so exclusive is the fact that it fills an entire little building: you walk through the front door, and you are home, without any neighbouring apartments, as in other buildings.
As far as we know, no other tourist lodgings in Rome offer this particular feature.

The total living area of approximately 1070 square feet (100 mq.) is divided into a ground-floor plus five other floors, each with a cosily small surface area that holds, respectively:

the ground floor: the entryway
the First floor: a room air-conditioned with a double bed and a bathroom
the second floor: a bedroom with two bunk-beds, bathroom in the basement
the third floor: a bedroom air-conditioned with a double bed and a bathroom
the fourth floor: a dining room air-conditioned and a kitchen
the fifth floor: a living room, air-conditioned
  a terrace and a
bedroom that gives onto the terrace and holds two twin bed plus bathroom facilities.

The Stairs

A comfortable, centuries-old stairway made of Roman stone winds its way from one floor to the next. The historic status of the structure prevents installation of an elevator, but, except for those who have problems walking, the stairway and the small living spaces on each floor are what makes the home so exceptionally welcoming and unique, lending an unmistakable sensation of authenticity to your stay in Rome.
